As the name suggest we at Kilkaari believe that the child smile should always be preserved on their face. In the beginning of their growth phase they should get the homely environment where they could feel the comfort of their home while sitting with the peer friend, teachers and others who are taking care of them for their all-round development. Our focus is to develop a structure with comprehensive safety measures and protocols in place and an expertly designed curriculum to encourage each child to explore, imagine and create on their own to strengthen their foundation. Kilkaari is initiated by a core team who have been involved with the innovative school education as a teachers trainers, counsellors and school leaders.
Kumar Satyam (Director) an IITian is a visionary and has identified that the maximum child growth happens between 0 to 7 and this is the age when the capacity for a child to absorb concept and learning is highest so it is necessary to identify areas of development that need to be focused on during these years of the child development and ensure that the same is imparted in an effective manner to the child.
Asha Kamari Sinha (Co Director) is an expert child caregiver who believes there should always be a set of specific learning objectives for each area of development whether it is practical life, sensorial, math, language, culture and science with activities to meet them. At home, there is no structured form of learning and yet your child learns an entire language, color, sorting and motor skills just by being in the environment and observation, so you can imagine how learning can increase manifold with a structured environment, scientifically designed materials and defined activities.
Our aim is to provide an environment that enables every child to have opportunities to learn and enable all round development. The children should be encouraged to question, explore, investigate and acquire skills that will make them learners for life.
Our vision is to bring out every child’s inner self. They should be able to grow and develop in an atmosphere where they could develop their own zone and fly in sky with their wings open which comprises their best thought and ideas.
